1. Exercise 3 to 5 times per week. This will reduce your stress & increase your energy level!
2. Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, lean proteins and vegetables.
3. Take your vitamins. Consult with your doctor on the best options for you.
4. Limit Sun Exposure.
5. Find something you’re passionate about and do it!

I moved to the Madison area two and a half years ago and have fallen in love with this city
and the people here. I started working at Capital Fitness in early November. This is a dream job for me because I’ve been a dedicated work-out junkie for years, but had never belonged to a gym. Now, I get why people love it so much! The energy is amazing. You don’t even need to motivate yourself, you just have to walk in the door and the energy hits you in the face. I love all of the fitness and yoga classes that we offer and look forward to seeing you all in them.
