RTS stands for Resistance Training Specialist and the RTS Program involves advanced training for the exercise
professional. For a long time, now fitness “experts” and enthusiasts have blindly followed the made-up “rules
of exercise” while not knowing or ignoring the rules of physics (force) and the rules of the
body (joint structure). The RTS Professional knows these rules and knows how to use them to create unique,
extraordinary exercise experience for the client.
Capital Fitness is dedicated to setting the standard for personal training in the greater Madison area and beyond.
