PILATES CLASSES
Reformer Class
During the Reformer Classes, you will be using resistance that will help build long, lean muscles, and at the same time, the resistance will be assisting you so you will be able to execute the exercises with ease. You will be working your body as a whole, while maintaining your core control. Be prepared for a fun and challenging workout with unbelievable results.
Tower Class
During a Tower Class, you will be performing Traditional Pilates exercises while using spring loaded resistance (and a few mat exercises sprinkled-in to warm up the body). The springs offer a challenging workout, but they also make it easy on your joints because there are no jarring movements. Not only is this workout great for your core, but arms and legs as well. Get ready to move and find muscles that you never even knew existed!
