Cardio Equipment : |
 |
With our third floor expansion we will be adding
several new pieces of cardio equipment. We
have put out a Star Trac cross trainer and a Star
Trac recumbent bike for demonstration. In December
we will be putting out a Precor cross trainer and
recumbent bike. We would love to get your feedback
on this equipment. Let Chet know what you think either

Per your request, we have shifted our hours a bit.
As of December 4th, we will be open:
- 10am - 2pm, and 5-7:30pm
Monday- Thursday
- 10am - 2pm Friday, and 8am - 12pm Saturdays
Kids Zone will be closed Dec 23, 25,
and Jan 1st.

 Expansion
is right on schedule! We are optimistic we can open
the 4 new studios around January 15th, and Elevation
day spa/salon around January 31st. We will begin
lower floor renovations when the 3rd floor is completed. Look
for the expanded Group Exercise class schedule to begin
when the 3rd floor studios are complete.

 Brazilian Beat: Brazilian Dance Classes
Brazilian Beat is an all-level dance class that
builds core strength and balance through Brazilian
inspired choreography. We will focus on
learning popular dances from all over Brazil
including Rio style samba, Samba de Roda, Samba
Reaggae, Pagode, and many more. Your body
will learn to move in ways you never thought
possible! Sundays at 10:00am with Cody.
Capoeira:
Capoeira is an indigenous Brazilian Martial
Art. Because Capoeira was originally a martial
art disguised as a dance, it offers continuous
rhythmic movement that improves stamina, balance
and agility. This class combines core-strengthening
cardio sequences, and unique upper and lower
body strengthening exercises in a fun and dynamic
workout. Friday at 6:00pm with Dominic
