Forrest Yoga: This style of yoga
uses the breath to connect in feeling to your body,
heat and vigorous poses to build strength, intelligence,
flexibility and the core. Forrest Yoga requires a
heated room, so a towel and water bottle are recommended.
All ability levels are welcome and accommodated.m

Pilates Group Reformer Classes: Starting
this month we will offer group reformer sessions.
Reformer classes combine resistance that will help
build longlean muscles and assist you in performing
the exercises with ease. You will be working your
body as a whole, while maintaining core control.
Be prepared for a fun and challenging workout with
unbelievable results. This is a paid reservation
four-person group session.

Blood, Sweat and Tears: Thirty
minutes of hard-core training drawing from a variety
of techniques. It will leave you hurting, but asking
for more.

We welcome aboard our newest spinning instructor,
Sara. Join her for a one -hour ride Wednesday nights
at 6:05.

Mind and Body Transformation Contest:
It’s
back! Over the next eight- week s participating members
will compete to see who can meet their fitness goals.
Competitors are awarded points for various fitness
ventures including, body fat loss, muscle mass gain,
personal training, class attendance and facility
attendance. The grand prize is a full makeover at
Elevation Salon, first runner-up receives a $100
gift card to Bop and second prize is a $75 gift certificate
to moving shoes.

Over five weeks you
will learn basic Pilates exercises. It is a mat oriented
class that explores fundamental concepts including
spinal alignment, breath, imagery and awareness of
the core.

Freeing the Neck and Shoulders
This workshop delves into Pilates, using the technique
to align the neck and the shoulder. You will learn
exercises that open the ribcage and spine while
strengthening the core. This bodywork will allow
a full, powerful breath and solid, easy posture
that set the neck and shoulders at ease.
