Savannah Stanley

Savannah's Story

Savannah is a RYT200 Yoga Teacher. She spent the last few years living in Central America, where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training. 

​

Savannah gravitated to the practice of yoga in search of a way to compliment her love for running. Soon, she realized that yoga’s depth expands immeasurably beyond the physical postures and its richness in wisdom fills the soul.

​

Yoga is the anchor that continues to bring her back home; a teacher of hers said, “in the fast modern world where the focus is almost always external, coming back to ourselves is nothing short of revolutionary.” She believes that yoga offers each of us the power to live revolutionarily–however that looks for you!

Weaving creative movement with awareness of the breath and the present moment, it is her greatest intention to create as safe of a space as possible; she invites you to arrive exactly as you are and revolutionarily cultivate peace within your body, mind, and soul.
