As a practicing psychotherapist, I've delved into the science of exercise and its impact on mental health. This exploration sparked my second career as a group fitness instructor, a role I have cherished for over 25 years. With certifications in weight training, core strengthening, group fitness, WERK, and as a master TRX trainer, I blend psychological insights with lifestyle mentoring to create group fitness classes that are engaging, enjoyable, and effective. You might even catch a bit of neuroscience to boost your motivation during workouts.

I emphasize the significance of exercise for all stages of life and abilities, grounding my classes in the latest research to offer a mix of functional exercises and music. These classes are designed to enhance both your emotional well-being and physical health.
